How do I access my live event?
Login to your Clerisy account.
- Select “My Courses” from the pop-up Menu.
- Select “Start” under the Live PD Event tile listed under My Courses. Note if this is your first time logging in, it is going to ask you to complete your profile before bringing you to the event. You can also find the event from your Dashboard.

Where do I find the Zoom link to join the event?
This is located in your live event course.

I was unable to attend the event live, now what?
The event recording will be available in the event course for a month after the date of the event.

How do I earn my certificate?
At the end of the event the presenter will remind you to complete the participant survey located in your event course.
-Once the survey has been completed the Certificate of Completion will become available.
-Click on the Certificate and select “View Certificate” to create and download your personalized certificate.

Where do I access my certificate after the event is no longer available?
You can always access your certificates from your Dashboard. The certificate will never be deleted and always available to you within your Clerisy account.
