Workshop Description:

Supporting English Language Learners and keeping them in mind when designing instruction can be challenging, especially when preparing for questioning and scaffolded instruction.  In this session, we will cover the considerations for designing and planning effective instruction for English Language Learners, review some best practices and strategies for questioning & eliciting responses from English Language Learners, and begin the design process for an ELL-centered classroom.
